and realness when one hears her sing and contemplates the lyrics she
is singing about.
Tamara's inward study of self-realization and god realization has
helped her in the quest for true meaning of her musical abilities,
therefore being able to hold the position with high rank in the
spiritual realms of music. Music to Tamara is a healing medium in
which she herself has been healed by it's presence in her own
songwriting and singing.
It is essential for Tamara to understand her path and to make
sure that she comes from a place wholeness when sharing her
multi-faceted gifts with the world...as a healer with notes, tones,
vibration and Light.
That one, single, brightest star of Venus up in the heavens is
one of Tamara's many guides. The particular guide of Venus is the
representation of the feminine with a message of love, beauty and
wholeness.
Tamara feels that in the beginning of time, genderless, merciful
and omnipresent, the supreme power of all creation intended man and
women to be equally unique and genuine. Without woman there would be
no man and without man there would be no woman. So, in this lifetime
she has come as a female. Androgynous and genderless at heart, she
has appeared on this physical plane in delusional female appearance.
Neither worshiping male or female, yet soul as the real energy
embodied, Tamara strives for equality in gender.
Tamara feels music is a way to deepen the relationship between
god and man. Musical abilities are gifts that need to be shared when
the talent appears...usually at a young age. Nurturing the
musicianship qualities in people is one of Tamara's work as well as
helping the youth discover and inspire the abilities within..
Tamara believes she has embraced the star of Venus in attempt to
represent strength to help all women all over the world. This
inspires them to empower the feminine energy.
Tamara Venus Star quotes: "Being a woman in the music business is
not an easy task. In fact, being of female gender in some countries
is dangerous and life threatening. The oppression against women is
astounding in documented percentiles of abuse and murder against
women of certain nations. As a woman i have seen the oppression that
a woman can experience when thrown into the throws of
discrimination. I have great admiration for successful women.
Without these women, i would not have had the inspiration to
continue my mission of sharing the music that flows through me. It
helps me so much, i know it must be helping others.
I understand the struggle it takes one to overcome judgmental
obstacles which still plague our planet daily. Both being powerful-
in different ways... the world needs to liberate even more as far as
gender relations go".
Tamara feels the music business to be a rough business at times.
If not wise, one can get banged around, taken advantage of,
criticized...and forced to deal with the unfortunate aspects of
being a performer. Women especially need that all empowering force
of protection behind them in attempts to raise consciousness and
take leaps in evolution in the balance between the male and female
aspects of creation. Tamara has chosen in this lifetime to help
women to gain power of equality with everything.
Walking the grounds of spiritualism, esoteric thought, tribalism
and again, love...Tamara's singing guitar playing, drumming,
percussion, dance and other techniques of musical expression are an
essential part of her life and are powerfully expressed throughout
her recordings & performance.
In the relation to lyrics, Tamara's study in Hindu chanting and
other forms of chanting are a way to help the re-inforce positive
vibration on the planet as a form of calling all powers for help to
this world. Singing about the elements and preservation of them are
very important. Environmentally speaking, Tamara is in the forefront
to connecting with animals, the earth and everything living.
Tamara Venus Star quotes: "I love the music of all era's...there
is something to say about all types of music...reaching a larger
audience with songs and lyrics that all types of people can relate
to...when it comes to the masses...hopefully we can all believe love
to be the root of everything. I play what i feel, i write lyrics
from the depths of my being. There are so many musicians/
singer-songwriters that i love...including Mozart."
